AGM Information

The Signet Group plc Annual General Meeting took place at 11.00 a.m. on Friday, 6 June 2008 at The Café Royal, 68 Regent Street, London W1B 5EL. All meeting business was approved by shareholders on a show of hands before the Chairman read out the level of proxy votes received.
